Tiger Woods will make his first public appearance since he withdrew from the Omega Dubai Desert Classic on Super Bowl weekend this Monday when he will be signing copies of his new book “The 1997 Masters: My Story.”

The 14-time major champion’s signing event is scheduled to take place at 12:30 p.m. at the Barnes & Noble at 33 East 17th Street in Union Square.

After his WD from Dubai, Woods subsequently withdrew from the Genesis Open at Riviera Country Club and the Honda Classic at PGA National. He was scheduled to hold a press conference the week of the Genesis Open with the tournament benefiting the Tiger Woods Foundation, but it was postponed and then cancelled as his doctors advised him to “stay horizontal” and “limit all activities.”

Don’t expect any huge revelations from the Woods camp on Monday as the B&N website provides specific and strict instructions on how the signing will be handled.
